Sanabel Development Malaysia: University Scholarship Program for Asian Competencies in cooperation with the International Institute for Muslim Unity at the International Islamic University has conducted the Fourth Cultural Forum under the slogan of "Islamic Civilization, the Brilliance of the Past and the Horizon of the Future", from Rajab 28 to Sha’ban 1, 1443 AH corresponding to March 2-4, 2022 AD.

The Fourth Cultural Forum was one of the Sanabel Development series of programs for undergraduate students in the university scholarship program. The forum aims to:

1- Develop the civilizational and cultural awareness of the participants.

2- Raising the level of awareness about the greatness of Islamic civilization.

3- Connecting the participants to the Islamic heritage and promoting the spirit of belonging to it.

4. Expansion of Islamic historical knowledge in Southeast Asia.

The forum included a number of lectures presented by a group of trusted, specialized academics and distinguished Malaysian, Arab and African educational experts. The participants also presented a number of cultural papers related to the forum’s topic and ran a number of workshops and activities.

The participants expressed their admiration for the program and their benefit from it through the questionnaires distributed to them immediately after the end of the program. They also expressed their thanks, appreciation, and gratitude to the management and the supporting bodies for this program and the like.

The forum concluded with a closing ceremony in which some words of wisdom and the most participative students were presented; and also a short video presentation of the forum's programs was presented.
