Sanabil Development Hosts 9th Academic Specializations Week in Kuala Lumpur

 

Kuala Lumpur, February 2024 — Sanabil Development Berhad has successfully concluded its 9th Academic Specializations Week from February 20-22, 2024, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This annual event, held under the theme “Towards Cognitive Integration,” aimed to guide students in making informed decisions about their academic and career choices.

The event featured a series of workshops, lectures, and discussions centered around the development of specialized skills and cognitive integration. Notable sessions included discussions on Arabic calligraphy, Islamic economics, and critical thinking, with contributions from respected figures such as Dr. Majid Al-Saemi and Dr. Abdulsalam Ali.

The program also provided platforms for students to engage in debates and competitions, enhancing their analytical and presentation skills. Highlights of the week included a workshop on critical thinking facilitated by Prof. Jamal and a lecture on the principles of Islamic economics by Dr. Abdulmajid.

The event aimed students from Asian Comptency Program (Kafaat). Sanabil Development Berhad's commitment to educational excellence was evident throughout the event, which was organized in collaboration with the International Institute for Muslim Unity at the International Islamic University Malaysia. The organizers have expressed their intention to expand the event in future years to include more diverse topics and interactive sessions.
